What I liked about the orientation was the training that Live! gave us for each individual game. However, upper management is so hard-headed that future avoidable mistakes are guaranteed to happen constantly, and lower management, whatever's left at least, is going to need band-aids and chewing gum to keep this wasted potential of a place running.
I could go on and on about all of the flak we were put through, but things are looking better, only because this place literally has no one left after such an exhausting, stressful year. Everyone has 7 points on average, because we were all working 6 days/week in the beginning, and the only relief we got was 3pts back a couple months ago, and only 2wks vacation for the entire year. Makes perfect sense.Īlso, you get 10 points to work with, but you don't get a point back until the anniversary of you taking that point. The newest thing is that sometimes, Dice is closed on the Sunrise shift, but don't worry, we really need four non-busy $10 Blackjack and two $15 Spanish 21 games. What does that tell you?Įvery month is something new with this company, and it's not gonna get better until the upper management gets cleaned out and replaced.
However, this place has somewhere in the neighborhood of a 90% turnover rate everywhere, and we just celebrated our one-year anniversary. This specifically relates to Table Games, not sure how other depts.
